Gold Award for Best Annual Report
The 4th Singapore Corporate Awards
(SCA) in April 2009 saw Keppel Land
clinch the prestigious Gold Award for
Best Annual Report in the category for
companies with market capitalisation
of $1 billion and above. Organised
by The Business Times (BT) and
supported by the Singapore Exchange,
Keppel Land has been consistently
recognised at the SCA for its exemplary
commitment to the highest levels of
corporate governance, transparency,
disclosure and presentation of
information in its annual reports.
Merit Award for
Best Sustainability Report
Keppel Land received the Merit Award
at the Singapore Awards for Sustainability
Reporting 2008 by the Association for
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Previously known as the Singapore
Environmental and Social Reporting
Awards, Keppel Land was a finalist for
the past three consecutive years. The
award recognises organisations
which raise awareness of corporate
transparency issues and increase
accountability towards stakeholders
through their reports.
Runner-Up in Most Transparent
Company Award by SIAS
For its efforts in maintaining high
standards of corporate governance and
transparency, Keppel Land was Runner-Up for the Most Transparent Company
under the Properties Category at the SIAS
Investors' Choice Award Presentation
2009. This is the 10th time running that
the Company has won the award.
Organised by the Securities Investors
Association (Singapore) (SIAS), the
award encourages and promotes
corporate transparency amongst listed
companies. Winners are selected and
assessed over a year, based on stringent
criteria including timing of corporate
disclosures, frequency, clarity and
substantiality of their announcements,
as well as their willingness to reveal
information to analysts and media.

Sustainability Report 2008.

Ranked among top 10 in
the Governance and
Transparency Index
Keppel Land ranked 10th out of 697
companies in the Governance and
Transparency Index (GTI) by the BT and
the Corporate Governance & Financial
Reporting Centre of the National
University of Singapore. The GTI
replaces the BT Corporate Transparency
Index, which rates Singapore's listed
companies on financial transparency
and corporate governance practices.
Certification of Excellence
at IR Magazine Awards
At the annual IR Magazine Southeast
Asia Awards in December 2009,
Keppel Land was awarded the Certificate
of Excellence for the second consecutive
time. The award recognises the
Company's Investor Relations (IR)
efforts and practices as amongst the
best in the region.
