Townships
Ho Chi Minh City
South Rach Chiec, District 2
Licensed in 2009, this 30-ha site was the pilot project in the city's new development scheme to offer cleared land to developers in exchange for constructing social housing for the city. South Rach Chiec is located in the same An Phu Ward as The Estella.

South Rach Chiec's retail arcade has a direct frontage to the upcoming Long Thanh Highway, ensuring high accessibility. About 4,700 units of high-rise residential apartments will line South Rach Chiec's 2.7-km river front. Educational and medical facilities will also be available within this integrated waterfront development.

Saigon Sports City, District 2
This integrated township is a 20-minute drive from the CBD with convenient access to Hanoi Highway and the upcoming Long Thanh Highway, an expressway linking the CBD to HCMC's new international airport. Saigon Sports City is located in the affluent An Phu Ward with international schools and the Metro Hypermart nearby.

Catering to the upper-middle income group, the development offers a unique live-work-and-play concept, integrating residential developments with commercial and retail components, as well as a dedicated sports hub.

Saigon Sports City features a healthy lifestyle through its international standard sporting facilities which include an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis academy, football field with grandstand seating, auditorium and a sports training hall.

A 3,000-unit luxury apartment development is located within this 64-ha site together with retail, education and medical facilities. Residents can access the sporting facilities via a linear park.

The upcoming Long Thanh Highway separates Saigon Sports City from South Rach Chiec while the Muong Kinh River connects the two sites, allowing for shared access to amenities.

Dong Nai Province
Dong Nai Waterfront City
The 367-ha site lies on one bank of Dong Nai River which is a natural boundary separating Dong Nai Province and HCMC.

With the opening of the Long Thanh Highway, the current travel time of 45 minutes to the city centre will be significantly reduced.

Dong Nai Waterfront City will offer approximately 10,400 homes comprising waterfront townhouses, villas and high-rise apartments with supporting commercial and public amenities. Leveraging a 1.5-km shoreline, this well-planned integrated township offers serene living spaces with the conveniences of urban living.

Dong Nai Waterfront City will cater to increasing demand for quality homes arising from the rapid industrial growth in the province.

The township at South Rach Chiec presents high-rise apartments along a riverfront.
