Marina Bay Suites
The 66-storey Marina Bay Suites is
designed by world-renowned architectural
firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
The luxurious development consists
of 218 units of 3- and 4- bedroom
apartments ranging from 1,600 to 2,700 sf,
and three penthouses of 4,700 to over
8,100 sf in unit size.
Strategically located in Marina Bay which
boasts a myriad of exciting lifestyle and
entertainment facilities and activities
such as the Marina Bay Sands integrated
resort, Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay
and Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay

were fully sold in 2009. Park Infinia at
Wee Nam is a 486-unit development
located at the junction of Wee Nam Road
and Keng Lee Road in the Newton area.
The development was completed in
March 2008. The Tresor is an exclusive
development situated within an
established residential enclave
along Duchess Road in District 10.
The development consists of 62
apartments and was completed
in November 2007.
