Marina Bay Suites

The 66-storey Marina Bay Suites is designed by world-renowned architectural firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The luxurious development consists of 218 units of 3- and 4- bedroom apartments ranging from 1,600 to 2,700 sf, and three penthouses of 4,700 to over 8,100 sf in unit size.

Strategically located in Marina Bay which boasts a myriad of exciting lifestyle and entertainment facilities and activities such as the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort, Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay and Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Suites is poised to be the finest residential address in the vicinity. The development is also conveniently located next to the future Downtown MRT station and enjoys easy access to the East Coast Parkway and the upcoming Marina Coastal Expressway.

Capitalising on demand for urban waterfront homes, a sales preview of Marina Bay Suites was held in November 2009. Market response from both local and foreign buyers was overwhelming, with 89 out of the 90 previewed units snapped up.

Madison Residences
Located along the popular residential belt of Bukit Timah, Madison Residences is within close proximity to the Orchard Road shopping belt, the upcoming Stevens MRT station and reputable schools such as Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road). Featuring a contemporary architectural design, the development comprises 56 exclusive 3- and 4- bedroom apartments and penthouses. Unit sizes range from 1,460 to 4,000 sf.

Riding on positive market sentiments, Madison Residences was launched for sale in the third quarter of 2009. Some 54 units or 96% of the development have been sold as at end-February 2010.

The Promont
Completed in October 2009, The Promont is a boutique development situated atop Cairnhill Circle. Comprising 15 luxurious apartments of about 2,000 sf each, residents enjoy full exclusivity with just one unit per floor and access through private lift lobbies. The development is near the popular Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) and within walking distance to Orchard Road.

The Promont commenced sales in the third quarter of 2009 and 10 apartments have been sold as at end-February 2010.

Residential Properties Fully Sold in 2009
Park Infinia at Wee Nam and The Tresor were fully sold in 2009. Park Infinia at Wee Nam is a 486-unit development located at the junction of Wee Nam Road and Keng Lee Road in the Newton area. The development was completed in March 2008. The Tresor is an exclusive development situated within an established residential enclave along Duchess Road in District 10. The development consists of 62 apartments and was completed in November 2007.
