Governance and Transparency Index (GTI) - Issue 2

In the second issue of the Governance and Transparency Index (GTI), Keppel Land was ranked 10th out of 697 companies. The GTI, which was launched by the Business Times and the National University of Singapore's Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting Centre, assesses companies on financial transparency and corporate governance practices.

The GTI is much broader in scope and more dynamic with the ability to award companies bonus and penalty points, compared to the BT Corporate Transparency Index (CTI) which it replaces. Companies will receive points for following recommendations from the Code of Corporate Governance and penalties for poor governance practices.

The annual IR Magazine South East Asia Awards are widely respected among the global IR community. IR Magazine is a monthly UK-based publication with more than 20 years of establishment and is one of the most esteemed industry publications.
