Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assigned P&L responsibility and be responsible for maximizing the operational and cost efficiency of a huge, commercial and/or mixed development projects
• Oversee the various functions including operations, finance, marketing, HR, etc

• A good University degree in engineering or estate management, preferably coupled with an MBA
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in real estate industry with at least 5 years' general management responsibilities over different functional areas
• Proven track record in P&L accountabilities and in asset management and business development
• Strong leadership skills
