Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop sound sales and marketing strategies for retail projects for the entire development cycle from conceptualization, design, pricing to development of sales strategies

• A good University Degree in Estate Management
• At least 8 years of relevant experience including 3 years in the marketing of retail projects
• Possess drive and excellent communication skills
• Candidates with sound knowledge and experience of overseas market will be considered favorably
• Positions based overseas will be on at least 2 years posting
