Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the business development, acquisition and asset management of residential properties in Singapore including conducting market studies, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, performing feasibility studies, negotiating and structuring deals, preparing board papers, conducting due diligence and ensuring proper legal documentation.

Requirements

• A good University degree in Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with proven track record in land acquisition
• Possess strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills, and networking skills
