Hospitality & Operations Manager

(Marina At Keppel Bay, Singapore)

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and develop new business opportunities and initiatives to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage the operations of Food & Beverage (F&B) and Customer Service, including reviewing and making improvements to processes and systems to maximize effectiveness of operations.
  • Lead and motivate staff to develop a high performance culture, capable and committed management team to achieve strategic goals and excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in F&B and/or hospitality management
  • Experience in F&B, Lifestyle or Hospitality would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Innovative and good team player
