Hospitality & Operations Manager
(Marina At Keppel Bay, Singapore)
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and develop new business opportunities and initiatives to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee and manage the operations of Food & Beverage (F&B) and Customer Service, including reviewing and making improvements to processes and systems to maximize effectiveness of operations.
- Lead and motivate staff to develop a high performance culture, capable and committed management team to achieve strategic goals and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in F&B and/or hospitality management
- Experience in F&B, Lifestyle or Hospitality would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Innovative and good team player
