Assistant Manager/Manager, Corporate Development

[Keppel Land, Singapore]

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise risk management initiatives, including researching best practices in risk management, reviewing risk registers, and managing specific enterprise risks
  • Facilitate strategy development through research and analysis of industry trends, monitoring of key industry players, and analysis of group’s performance arising from plausible scenarios
  • Research opportunities, including M&A opportunities, to enhance the group’s position and assist to conduct due diligence to realise these opportunities
  • Drive corporate initiatives, monitor outcomes and recommend appropriate adjustments to achieve desired results

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline with 6 years of working experience, preferably with 2 years in corporate development/planning
  • Strong administrative, organizational and persuasion skills
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
