Assistant Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management, operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment/services and building management functions
• Works with the outsourced facilities management service vendor to ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations
• Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the data centre

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in managing mission-critical building facilities
