Senior/Manager, Project

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of development works from conceptualization, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Liaise and work closely with the relevant authorities and business partners for the successful accomplishment of the business goals.

Requirements

• A good University degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, QS or other related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the development and completion of high rise residential and/or commercial or mixed development projects of substantial project value
• Good team leader and people manager
• Excellent organizational skills
• Position based overseas will be on at least 2 years posting
• Candidates with extensive relevant experience could be appointed at higher levels.
