Head / Director of Marketing
[Keppel Land, Vietnam/HCMC]
Key Responsibilities
- Head the marketing and sales operations of a major real estate developer involved in the development of large-scale integrated townships and high-end residential projects. He/she will be responsible for achieving the Company’s sales and profit targets
- Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales staff by providing strategic direction and implementation guidance
- Conduct market study/research/analysis
- Prepare and submit marketing brief, budget, plan, strategy, schedule, A&P brief, media and sales strategy, licenses/permits and pricing.
- Review, evaluate and comment on A&P, architectural and landscape concept, massing, configuration and orientation, sales/launch phases, ingress & circulation, facilities and unit layouts, saleable efficiency, specifications and finishes, finance packages and other sales-related legal documents e.g. Option to Purchase, Sales & Purchase Agreements etc.
- Prepare and execute/produce all marketing collaterals e.g. commercials, print ads, brochures, flyers, perspectives/renderings, 3D animation, architectural models, roadshows/exhibitions.
- Prepare, evaluate, set up, manage and upkeep the Sales Gallery and Show Unit (SGSU) including identifying location, layout, design and appointment of interior designers.
- Source/recruit, select and appoint advertising agencies, sales and property management agents, sales and marketing staff etc.
Requirements
- A good University Degree in Estate Management, Marketing or other relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience including 3 years in the marketing of commercial offices and residential properties
- Possess drive and excellent communication skills
- Position based overseas will be on at least 2 years posting
