Assistant Manager, Investor Relations & Research

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Outreach programmes to promote sustainable responsible business, eco-consciousness and a green culture.
• Assist to facilitate communication and liaison with the investment community with the aim of upholding transparency standards. Activities include participating in analysts’ meetings and roadshows, preparing quarterly financial performance announcements, preparation of annual report and sustainability report, managing the corporate website and regular statutory reporting.
• Responsible for analyzing market trends and peer comparison

Requirements

• Degree in Communication or Finance with 6 years’ relevant working experience including IR experience in a listed firm
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and adept at financial ratio analysis
• Ability to perform under pressure
