Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of development works from conceptualization, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards

Requirements

• A good University degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Survey
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the development and completion of high rise residential projects, preferably working for developer
• Excellent project and people management skills
