Keppel Land bags 11 awards at prestigious Euromoney - Liquid Real Estate Awards 2008

Keppel Land won a total of 11 awards at the Euromoney - Liquid Real Estate Awards 2008. Ranked by a select audience of senior real estate advisors, bankers, developers and investors in Europe, Asia, the Gulf and North America, Keppel Land was awarded the following prestigious awards:

1. Best Office/Business Developer in Singapore
2. Best Mixed -Use Developer in Singapore
3. 1st runner-up for Best Overall Developer in Singapore
4. 1st runner-up for Best Residential Developer in Singapore
5. 1st runner-up for Best Retail/Shopping Developer in Singapore
6. Best Office/Business Developer in Vietnam
7. Best Retail/Shopping Developer in Vietnam
8. Best Mixed-Use Developer in Vietnam
9. 1st runner-up for Best Developer (Overall) in Vietnam
10. 1st runner-up for Best Residential Developer in Vietnam

Euromoney Award for Excellence in Real Estate 2006

Keppel Land has been ranked among the Top 10 Asian companies in the prestigious Euromoney Award for Excellence in Real Estate 2006.

Singapore International 100

The Group has been ranked 71st out of 100 top Singapore companies in Singapore International 100 Ranking 2006. This is the second consecutive year that Keppel Land has made it to the list since its inauguration in 2004. Organised by International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) and DP Information in collaboration with the Singapore Business Federation and Business Times, the Singapore International 100 recognises Singapore's top 100 companies ranked by the highest overseas revenue.

Singapore H.E.A.L.T.H. Silver Award 2005

For its continuous efforts at promoting workplace health, Keppel Land received the Singapore H.E.A.L.T.H. Silver Award 2005 from the Health Promotion Board. This was an improvement from the Bronze award that it won the previous year. The annual award accords national recognition to organisations with commendable workplace health promotion programmes that look into the wellness of their employees.
