    Corporate Profile

Keppel Land Limited is the property arm of the Keppel Group, one of Singapore’s largest multinational groups with core businesses in offshore and marine, infrastructure, and property.

Keppel Land is one of the largest property groups listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The Company’s vision is to be a premier property multi-national corporation with listed and sizeable local companies in Asia.

The Company’s portfolio of premier properties includes residential properties, townships, office towers, serviced apartments, hotels and resorts, retail complexes and industrial buildings. It is presently in nine Asian countries including Singapore and Australia. This diversified portfolio is developed with Keppel Land’s guiding philosophy that properties should harmonise with and improve the environment as well as enhance the quality of life of the people who use them.

The strategic goal for Keppel Land is to transform itself from a property company holding significant investments assets to a developer of outstanding trading properties and manager of property funds. Going forward, Keppel Land will take an asset-light approach and focus on the two core businesses of property development for sale and fund management to achieve higher returns.

Keppel Land intends to grow its overseas investment from 20% to 30% of the Company’s total assets, with emphasis on shorter-term trading projects and strategic acquisitions of property development companies.

For the immediate term, the geographical focus will be centred on North Asia, especially China. Elsewhere in the region, the Company will also focus on local housing in countries where home ownership is growing.
