Lim Leong Geok, 71
Mr Lim is Director, Keppel Land Limited. He is also the Principal Consultant with
SBS Transit since July 1999.
Mr Lim’s career spans 43 years. He has been the Deputy Director of Public
Works Department, Executive Director of Singapore Bus Services (1978) Limited
and Chief Planner at the Planning Department of Ministry of National
Development. He was the Executive Director of the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation
from 1983 to 1994, and was responsible for the building of the current MRT
system in Singapore. In 1987, he was concurrently appointed the Managing
Director of Singapore MRT Limited, the operator of the MRT system. He was
appointed Deputy Chairman of the Company from 1996 to 1999. Mr Lim was
a Member of the Urban Redevelopment Authority from 1978 to 1994, and a
Director of Mitsubishi Singapore Heavy Industries Ltd from 1977 to 1986.
Mr Lim is a civil engineer, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers,
U.K. and the Institution of Engineers, Singapore.

Thai Chee Ken, 64
Mr Thai is Director, Keppel Land Limited. He is also Deputy Chairman of
Dynasty Corporation (S) Pte Ltd, Director of Keppel Hitachi Zosen Limited,
United Engineers Limited, Lindeteves-Jacoberg Ltd, Tuan Sing Holdings
Limited, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Ltd and Schroder
Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd. Mr Thai is a member of Board
of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and Chairman of Board of
Governors of Nanyang Polytechnic.
Mr Thai is a Certified Public Accountant.

Khor Poh Hwa, 53
Mr Khor is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CPG Corporation
(following the corporatisation of the Singapore Public Works Department
{PWD}), Director of Keppel Land Limited since 1998 and
China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Pte Ltd.
Prior to the corporatisation of PWD, he had been with the PWD since
graduation in 1975, holding various positions in Transportation, Civil
Engineering and Airport Divisions of the PWD. Mr Khor is a member of
the following councils : Singapore-Shandong Business Advisory Council,
Network China Steering Committee, Singapore-British Business Advisory
Council and Singapore representative in the APEC Business Advisory Council.
He is the President of the Singapore-Suzhou Club (since its formation in
February 2002) and the President of the Society of Project Managers
since 1999.
Mr Khor is a civil engineering graduate with Bachelor and Master degrees
from the National University of Singapore.
