The Callista and The Elysia

During the year, Keppel Land launched two 999-year leasehold developments located along Mar Thoma Road. The Callista consists of 87 units of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, with unit floor areas ranging from 581 sf to 1,335 sf. On the other hand, The Elysia comprises 40 apartment units of 1 to 3-bedroom as well as penthouses. Unit size ranges from 732 sf to 2,142 sf.

The two developments are readily accessible via Pan Island Expressway and Central Expressway. They are also near the upcoming Boon Keng and Potong Pasir MRT stations and are within strolling distance to the Kallang Park Connector.

The Callista boasts of an impressive array of facilities which include an infinity edge swimming pool that features a unique floating stones landscape, a spa pool, an outdoor fitness corner, barbecue pits, a landscaped garden, a children’s play area and a gymnasium-cum-multi-purpose function room. More than 56% of the units have been sold.

Featuring a sleek contemporary design, The Elysia comes with a swimming pool and a gymnasium. It has achieved about 15% sales since its launch in December 2002.

UPCOMING LAUNCHES

Keppel Land will continue to monitor the market closely to identify the window of opportunity for future launches. Depending on market conditions, Keppel Land intends to launch and re-launch several residential projects in 2003. These include The Tresor in Bukit Timah, The Linc in Newton and Freesia Woods at Sunset Way. Marketing of Caribbean at Keppel Bay may also resume in 2003 if market conditions are conducive.

The Tresor

The Tresor is an exclusive 62-unit freehold condominium development located off Bukit Timah Road. Nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it is also close to many good schools like Raffles Girls’ Primary, Nanyang Primary, Nanyang Girls’ High, The Chinese High, Hwa Chong Junior College and National Junior College.

The development offers 2 to 4-bedroom apartment units, with floor areas ranging from 980 sf to 2,896 sf. Its facilities include a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a gymnasium, a jacuzzi, a function room, a children’s play area, a fitness area and barbecue pits.

The Linc

Located at Lincoln Road, The Linc offers city living in a prime district, with easy access to the Newton MRT station. Shopping and entertainment are just one MRT stop away from Novena Road and Orchard Road. Within close proximity are also good schools like Raffles Girls’ Secondary, Anglo-Chinese (Barker) and St Michael’s Primary. Clubs like The Tanglin Club, The American Club, Raffles Town Club and The Pines are also well within the vicinity.

Offering 51 exclusive freehold apartments, The Linc comes in 1 to 3-bedroom units with floor areas ranging from 646 sf to 1,851 sf. Facilities include a main swimming pool, a children’s pool, a gymnasium, a barbecue area and a children’s play area.

Freesia Woods

Freesia Woods is a 129-unit freehold condominium located in the quiet Sunset Way residential enclave. The private housing estate is minutes away from the popular Holland Village. Also within close proximity are many prestigious schools and institutions such as Henry Park Primary, Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary, Methodist

Girls’ Primary, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and the National University of Singapore.

The development offers 1 to 4-bedroom apartment units, with floor areas ranging from 1,023 sf to 2,680 sf. The units come with private lift lobbies, floor to ceiling windows and smart home features to cater to modern living. A whole host of facilities are provided, including four pools - main pool, bubble pool, children’s pool and a wading pool. Other facilities include a club house, a tennis court, exercise stations, a reflexology path and a jogging track.

To date, Freesia Woods has sold more than half of the 61 units launched.
