The Callista and The Elysia
During the year, Keppel Land launched two
999-year leasehold developments located along
Mar Thoma Road. The Callista consists of 87 units
of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, with unit floor
areas ranging from 581 sf to 1,335 sf. On the other
hand, The Elysia comprises 40 apartment units of
1 to 3-bedroom as well as penthouses. Unit size
ranges from 732 sf to 2,142 sf.
The two developments are readily accessible via
Pan Island Expressway and Central Expressway.
They are also near the upcoming Boon Keng and
Potong Pasir MRT stations and are within strolling
distance to the Kallang Park Connector.
The Callista boasts of an impressive array of facilities

Keppel Land will continue to monitor the market
closely to identify the window of opportunity for
future launches. Depending on market conditions,
Keppel Land intends to launch and re-launch several
residential projects in 2003. These include
The Tresor in Bukit Timah, The Linc in Newton
and Freesia Woods at Sunset Way. Marketing of
Caribbean at Keppel Bay may also resume in 2003
if market conditions are conducive.
The Tresor
The Tresor is an exclusive 62-unit freehold
condominium development located off Bukit
Timah Road. Nestled in a quiet residential
neighbourhood, it is also close to many good
schools like Raffles Girls’ Primary, Nanyang
Primary, Nanyang Girls’ High, The Chinese
High, Hwa Chong Junior College and National
Junior College.
The development offers 2 to 4-bedroom
apartment units, with floor areas ranging from
980 sf to 2,896 sf. Its facilities include a swimming

Freesia Woods is a 129-unit freehold
condominium located in the quiet Sunset Way
