Keppel Land’s share price performed well during the year. It began the year at $1.05 in January and ended the year at
$1.58 in December. This represented an appreciation level of 50% during 2003, outperforming both the Straits Times
Index and the SGX All-Singapore Equities Properties Index which gained 37% and 44% respectively during the same
period.
The Group will continue to direct efforts towards enhancing value for shareholders by maintaining a high level of corporate
governance and transparency in addition to striving for success on the business front.
