Keppel Land’s share price appreciated by 24% during the year. It started at $1.81 in January and closed at $2.25 in December. The share price crossed the $2 level in November and subsequently outperform the Straits Times Index and the SGX All-Singapore Equities Properties Index which gained 12% and 11% respectively during the same period.

Besides striving for more value creating businesses, the Group will also continue to direct efforts towards maintaining a high level of corporate governance and transparency.
