Villa Riviera, District 2
Villa Riviera, Keppel Land’s maiden residential project in Vietnam, has been well-received by the local community. All 101 units of the waterfront villa development were snapped up by January 2007, less than 12 months from its official launch. These units have been handed over to the buyers following its completion in December 2007.

Fronting the scenic Saigon River, Villa Riviera is touted as Ho Chi Minh City’s (HCMC) finest waterfront address in the elite neighbourhood of An Phu Ward in District 2. This gated residential development features 4- and 5-bedroom villas in eight different layouts, complemented with a host of resort-style facilities. The surrounding area, popular with the expatriate community and the upper-income locals, enjoys close proximity to the International School, British International School and Metro Hypermart.

The sell-out success of Villa Riviera is testament to Keppel Land’s hallmark quality, and has further strengthened Keppel Land’s position as the premier foreign developer in Vietnam. The Group has also developed a strong following of local supporters for its future projects.

Luxury Villa Development, District 9
In District 9, Keppel Land is jointly developing a 139-unit luxury villa project. Located on a 97,000-sm site close to the Rach Chiec Sports Complex and Keppel Land’s Saigon Sports City in District 2, the development enjoys a 280-metre river frontage and comes complete with recreational facilities including a clubhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts and 24-hour security. The development is expected to be launched in 2008.

Villa Development, District 9
Keppel Land has entered into a joint venture with local developer An Phu Corporation, to develop 204 villas in District 9, HCMC. Located on a 129,739-sm site, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 53,510 sm, the development presents a quality lifestyle with a comprehensive range of recreational facilities, including a private clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts and 24-hour security in a tropical setting. Some 100 units are slated to be launched in 2009.

Residents can look forward to living amidst lush surrounds and yet enjoy close proximity to downtown HCMC via the Thu Thiem Bridge, East-West Highway and Saigon River Tunnel, which are currently under construction and slated for completion over the next two years. The development is also located close to universities and schools and the Saigon High Tech Park where Intel’s US$1 billion test and assembly plant is under construction.
