Villa Riviera, District
All 101 waterfront villas at Villa Riviera,
Keppel Land’s maiden residential project
in Vietnam, were successfully handed
over to buyers in 2008.
Located in the elite neighbourhood of
An Phu Ward in District 2, Villa Riviera
has now become the most desired
residential address in Ho Chi Minh City
(HCMC) and home to the affluent locals
as well as the expatriate community. With
a 250-metre frontage of the landmark
Saigon River, complemented by resortstyle
facilities, the gated compound

Following the success of Villa Riviera, the

larger 9.7-ha site located at the border
between District 2 and District 9, close
to the Rach Chiec Sports Complex
and Keppel Land’s Saigon Sports City
integrated development.
Residents of the 96 resort-style villas
will enjoy a comprehensive range
of recreational facilities including a
clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis
court, children’s playground and 24-
hour security. A river promenade will be
constructed to allow residents to stroll
along the 280-metre river frontage.
Villa Development, District 9
Another gated villa development in
the pipeline is located on a 13-ha site
and will yield 204 villas set amidst
20- to 25-metre tall indigenous trees.
It will be complemented with

and amenities including a private
clubhouse with state-of-the-art
gymnasium facilities, swimming pool,
children’s interactive playground and

The development is located close to
schools, universities and the Saigon
High-Tech Park where Intel’s US$1 billion
test and assembly plant is under
construction. Major infrastructure works
such as Thu Thiem Bridge, East-West
Highway and Saigon River tunnel are
currently under construction and the

will shorten the travelling time to the
CBD to less than 30 minutes, giving
